Payment and Refund Policies of RealtyCinema
If a paying user chooses to discontinue using RealtyCinema services within 14 calendar days of purchasing them, a full refund of 100% of the paid amount will be provided. No refunds will be issued after this 14-day period.
The reimbursement will be processed through the original payment method, such as a credit card, used by the payer. Alternatively, other suitable refund methods may be agreed upon between RealtyCinema and the user.
Upon requesting a refund, the user should anticipate the suspension of all paid services' delivery.
